DMCA & Content Takedown Policy

If you believe that content on Sensax infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., URL or screenshot).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Clark County, Nevada, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

If you are not a copyright holder but believe that content on Sensax violates your rights (e.g., your likeness has been used without authorization), you may submit a general takedown request to legal@chatsensax.com. Please include:

• A description of the content and why it should be removed
• Links or screenshots identifying the content
• Your contact information
• Any relevant evidence supporting your claim

We will review all non-copyright takedown requests within 5 business days and respond with our determination.

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notice.
