You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sensax (or the minimum age required by the laws in your jurisdiction). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or real individuals
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content generated through the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All characters and interactions on Sensax are entirely fictional and AI-generated. They do not represent real people. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

You retain no intellectual property rights over AI-generated outputs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with content within the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy below.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Charges from Sensax will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "CHATSENSAX.COM" or "DESERT ACACIA LLC". The exact descriptor may vary depending on your payment provider and card issuer.

If you do not recognize a charge, please check your subscription status in your profile settings before contacting your bank. You can also reach our support team at billing@chatsensax.com for billing inquiries.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not substantially used the paid features. Refund requests after 7 days or for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support to request a refund.

We strive to keep Sensax available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Sensax infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA & Content Takedown Policy for instructions on submitting a notice.

The Sensax name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of DESERT ACACIA LLC or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DESERT ACACIA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DESERT ACACIA LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
