How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Profile page and navigate to the billing section. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. Visit your profile settings and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account, conversation history, and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Are my conversations private?

Yes. Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share, sell, or use your conversations for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests within 7 days of your initial purchase are eligible if you haven't substantially used paid features. Contact us at the email below with your account email and reason for the request.
